Glasswing, a locally-grown Capitol Hill design shop, celebrates their 8-year anniversary in their Melrose Market location on Black Friday, November 26, 2021. To commemorate, they will be hosting their annual Anniversary Sale in-store and online from Friday through Monday. Stay tuned; the exact details will be announced closer to the date. 


The long-awaited reopening of the Glasswing Greenhouse is also scheduled for this anniversary weekend. The Greenhouse is Glasswing’s full-service plant and garden shop located just a block away from their main location and will be open for weekend shopping from Friday through Sunday through the end of the year. After a year hiatus, the space will be full of plants, fresh-cut florals, and gift ideas with the goal to spread nurturing joy and a daily reminder of our connection to all of nature’s beauty. 


To celebrate the reopening, all plants will be on-sale with a 15% discount with on-going weekend specials at both locations. With unique plant collections available at both shops, make sure to not miss out and plan to stop by both locations.
