Margin Shift emphasizes the contributions of anyone who might normally be at the margins of the mainstream literary scene, including "poets of color, LGBTQ+ poets, poets from out of town, poets who are new to town, women poets, undocumented poets, experimental writers (whatever that might mean!), and brand new writers." This edition of the recurring reading series features works by poets Prageeta Sharma, Stefania Heim, and Jasmine Sarah Plaskon, as well as educator and co-founding editor of Les Figues Press Teresa Carmody and Spanish teacher and storyteller Irving Ayala.
