Over 30 artists come together in this annual exhibition of plein air paintings, spotlighting the beauty of Washington state in watercolors, acrylics, and oils. For the artist reception on July 16, local painters Riley Doyle and Teri Capp will demonstrate plein air techniques in oil, so pack your supplies and prepare to paint along in scenic Magnuson Park.
The Gallery is hosting an artist reception on July 16th from 2-5 pm. Meet the artists and celebrate the exhibition with light refreshments. Mask wearing is encouraged.
Join Magnuson Park Gallery for a series of Plein Air demonstrations in Magnuson Park! We have four demos in this series, some are participatory and some are observational. Please read the description for each date to ensure you are signing up for your desired demonstration. The suggested donation is $20. Please purchase your tickets through Eventbrite! Each demo will meet in Magnuson Park, the artists have chosen a location. You will be emailed the location the morning of the event, as well as told the closest parking. If you need ADA access, please let us know so we can ensure that the location is accessible for you.

July 16th at noon - Oil paint with Riley Doyle
This is a participatory demonstration! You are invited to bring your desired art materials! The demo will start at 12 pm in the South-Eastern part of the Wetlands Central area of Magnuson Park. Please park in lot E2 and proceed to the indicated spot on the map (sent to your email after registration). Artist's phone # will be provided.
