Join us in celebrating the Repeal of Prohibition, on Sunday, December 5th with Chef Liz Kenyon and our friends at Fast Penny Spirits in Seattle with a grand evening of pairing spirits, botanicals, and seasonal decadence. The evening begins at 5 pm with a VIP tour at Fast Penny Spirits from founder, and owners, Jamie Hunt and Holly Robinson. The distillery tour is followed by a 6 course, amaro-infused dinner at Manolin. Amaricano & Amaricano Bianca cocktail pairing created by Manolin Bar Manager and Owner, Patrick Thalasinos. The evening begins at 5 pm with a VIP Tour and Tasting at Fast Penny Spirits, located at 1138 West Ewing Street, Suite B. Seattle, WA. From there, guests will head to Manolin for dinner.

- Whatcom blue cheese, pear, Amaricano nuts
- Chocolate torte, Amaricano Bianca cream, chamomile garnish
