Look forward to combos like Librandi Ciro Doc Rosato Calabria 2021 with pissaladière (a flatbread with black olives, caramelized onion, anchovy, and thyme), Wofler Estate Summer in a Bottle Cotes de Provence 2021 with hand-slimed Ibérico ham, and Gaia 14-18 Agiorgitiko Pelopennese 2020 with grilled lamb merguez.
