The following description comes from the event organizer.

Gather your kids for the world premiere of “The Goose Egg”, the tale of an elephant mothering a baby goose. With music newly written by Seattle composer Angelique Poteat, based on the children’s book by Liz Wong, the the story will be narrated by Lisa Bergman, host of King FM. Also on the concert is the first African-American composer recognized on the national stage: William Grant Still. His “Dances of Panama” from 1948 incorporate folk melodies of the Caribbean and lively Afro-Latin rhythms. This concert is sure to entertain the whole family. Plus it will be live-streamed from Town Hall Seattle, so kids anywhere can watch!

PROGRAM:
* The Goose Egg (music by Angelique Poteat, story by Liz Wong)
* Dances of Panama (William Grant Still)
* Plus a special surprise (and very silly) piece!

Note: ticketholders who cannot watch the live stream will still have access to the concert video for two weeks after the concert.
