For our next dinner, we welcome our friends from Bellingham, Artivem Mead Co. They'll join us on Sunday 1/23 for a five course dinner and mead pairing worthy of the gods!
We are stoked to be featuring a wide range of their meads, most of which have limited availability in the Seattle area. All five courses will include a 3oz mead pour.
There will be two sessions at 4p and 730p. The menu for the evening includes:
Warm Up: Serrano and Sage Hushpuppies paired with Western Bluebird
From the Cauldron: Espresso Beef Stew paired with Resplendent Quetzel
From the Sea: Charred Mackerel with fermented beet root paired with Northern Flicker
From the Woods: Smoked Turkey with pepitas and cheese grits paired with Eastern Wild Turkey
From the Baker: Triple Berry Chocolate Torte paired with Crested Owl
You'll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with Carlos & Micah from Artivem as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting. Learn more about Artivem & their meads.
