Ethan Stowell Restaurants chef Kris Kalinczok will share his favorite winter comfort food, braised meats, with this limited seasonal menu featuring slow-cooked lamb shank or short ribs. Each combo comes with roasted winter vegetables, creamy polenta, roasted wild mushrooms, chicory salad, and an apple hand pie.
