This evening’s Town Hall program features Marc Milstein, PhD, an independent researcher and author who has written and lectured extensively on the brain, and how it might best be taken care of. He has put a good portion of that research into his new book, The Age-Proof Brain: New Strategies to Improve Memory, Protect Immunity, and Fight Off Dementia (BenBella Books).
