The following description comes from the event organizer.

Seattle is a fantastic city for urban foraging. Gearhouse's foraging club meets once a month on the first Thursday of the month on the steps of the Asian Art museum in Volunteer Park. An experienced guide will teach you about natives, invasives, and edible ornamental plants, along with best practices in not overharvesting.
Tickets are 35/non Gearhouse members, 0/Gearhouse members. The ticket link is for the last club meeting of 2022 in November. We meet first Thursdays of every month July- November 2022 at 6pm on the front steps of the Asian Art museum in Volunteer Park.

Plan to bring
-comfortable shoes
- a pair of scissors or something to clip plants with
- a bag for what you find
Free for Gearhouse members, $35 for non-members.
