Start your morning off with an iced cinnamon phin latte from Georgetown's new Voi Cà Phê. (Voi Cà Phê)
If you don't have anything on your agenda this weekend, might we suggest slurping alcoholic slushies at the revived Admiral Benbow Room, sipping bubbles at The Coupe & Flute, savoring Vietnamese coffee at Voi Cà Phê, or paying your respects to the legendary Zippy's Giant Burgers before it closes? You'll find all of that and plenty of other options (like Mike's Chili Parlor 100th Anniversary) below. For even more ideas, check out our food and drink guide.

NEW OPENINGS AND RETURNS

Admiral Benbow Room List
Bittersweet news: Mark Fuller has closed his cult-favorite Hawaiian fried chicken restaurant Ma'ono List , but in its place, he's reopened the beloved Admiral Benbow Room, a delightfully kitschy pirate-themed dive bar and longtime West Seattle landmark (immortalized in Mudhoney's "Suck You Dry" music video). The spot is now serving Fuller's signature boozy slushies and cocktails on tap, plus hot dogs, and has pinball machines and skee-ball for additional entertainment.

The Coupe & Flute List
This charming "champagne tavern" opened its doors in north Beacon Hill about two weeks ago, with a menu of luxe bites like deviled tea eggs, smoked mackerel rillettes, duck mousse, crispy prawns, and lemongrass steak nachos, and of course, plenty of bubbles.

Voi Cà Phê List
With spots like Phin List , Hello Em List , Coffeeholic List , and Sip House List launching in Seattle over the last couple of years, the city's Vietnamese coffee scene is booming. The latest addition is this new sustainable café, which showcases specialty coffee produced by Vietnamese farmers and roasters and supports Animals Asia, an organization working to reintroduce wild elephants in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. The menu features phin-brewed coffee (served black, with sweetened condensed milk, or iced with cinnamon and microfoam) as well as an aromatic pho-spiced latte, espresso drinks, Thai iced tea, and bánh mì.

CLOSURES

Zippy's Giant Burgers List
Tragically, this beloved burger joint in White Center will shutter permanently this Sunday, July 10, which means this weekend is your last chance to grab one more hefty Zip Royale or Big Mouth before they disappear for good. The owners cite "staffing, inflation and an unreasonable landlord" as factors contributing to the closure.
