Join us for Casa Latina’s virtual En Camino Gala: Rooted & Resilient. It will be an evening of celebration of our Latinx community with music, dancing, and stories of power. Our featured speakers will be Jorge Zepeda, a long-time Casa Latina member whose leadership has helped support the community through COVID-19.Joining Jorge will be Maria Hinojosa, a four-time Emmy winner who was one of the first journalists to investigate children being held in detention centers at the Southern Border. Maria is the Anchor and Executive Producer of Latino USA and Co-Host of Futuro Media’s podcast In the Thick. People En Español named Maria as one of the top 25 most powerful Latina women.
