SARAH GERRITSEN: sarahgerritsenmusic.com
The music of Sarah Gerritsen is written with a stirring narrative quality that speaks of a life well lived; tinged with the depths of mournful grief, and colored by the zeal of joyfulness. With vibrant profundity, lush vocals, and powerful soulfulness she infuses compelling storytelling and take Americana/Indie to uncharted territory. - Artist Bio
" Asher Deaver is a singer songwriter, artist and luthier. Though currently based out of Washington state, he lived much of his life in the southwestern United States, particularly Arizona and Nevada. He is most known for his role as the lead singer for the indie rock band Old Coast. Aside from Old Coast’s Middle Man, Asher has released several solo records including Manifest, a full-band, americana record released in 2015, and My Darling Live Sessions (2014), an acoustic EP comprised of duets with Courtney Marie Andrews, covers and alternate songs from Manifest.
In the fall of 2018, shortly after a small tour to promote the release of Old Coast’s Middle Man, Asher was diagnosed with the return of a tumor in the temporal lobe of his brain. He had previously suffered from epilepsy as well as a brain tumor in his speech center, which was partially removed in July of 2013, (several days after his 23rd birthday). After six months of speech therapy following his original brain surgery in 2013, Asher had recovered enough to begin writing songs again, many of which were released on Manifest.
In 2021 Asher started Blackcap Guitars, a Bremerton, WA based custom wood shop specializing in handmade acoustic guitars. He has performed and recorded with his guitars, as have many other artists around the pacific northwest. Though not yet confirmed, Asher has recently entered the studio with plans of recording another full-length album.” - Artist Bio
