What's On It: Organic tofu, garlic ginger sauce, vegan chipotle aioli, vegan cheddar, grilled peppers, red onion, organic greens and homemade seven grain bun
What They Say About It: We created this Chipotle Tofu Burger for the vegan crowd. We marinate a hearty slab of organic tofu in our garlic ginger suace, fry it up to a nice crisp with a savory breading. Then we smother it with that melted yellow “cheddar,”grilled red peppers and a homemade chipotle aioli atop our house baked seven grain bun.
